These Blueberry Swirl Yogurt Bites are frozen, creamy, and loaded with antioxidants. A no-bake snack perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a healthy craving fix.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • 1. Heat blueberries in a small saucepan over medium heat until they burst and release juice (2–3 mins).
  • 2. Mash slightly and cool.
  • 3. Spoon yogurt into silicone molds or mini muffin liners.
  • 4. Drop 1/2 tsp of blueberry mixture into each and swirl gently with a toothpick.
  • 5. Freeze 4–6 hours or overnight until solid.
  • 6. Remove from molds and store in airtight container in freezer.

Notes

Use coconut yogurt for dairy-free version.
Add chia seeds or granola for texture.
Top with lemon zest or mint for serving.
