Preparation

  • Add everything to a shaker: tequila, lime juice, blueberry syrup, and pineapple juice. Add the egg white last.
  • Shake hard until it turns frothy. Ensure the mixture looks uniform and the shaker gets cold.
  • Pour into your glass, straining to allow the foam to settle on top.
  • Garnish with a pineapple slice and a few fresh blueberries.
