  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Full-fat yogurt recommended for creaminess.
  • 1 cup blueberries Use ripe blueberries for the best sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Use more if blueberries are tart.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • optional Granola or nuts For topping, to add crunch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended and smooth.
  • Gently fold in fresh blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
  • Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, filling each cavity evenly.
  • If desired, sprinkle granola or chopped nuts on top.
  • Freeze for several hours or until solid.
  • Once frozen, pop out the bites and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Avoid topping with granola until just before serving.
