Full-fat yogurt recommended for creaminess.

blueberries
Use ripe blueberries for the best sweetness.

tablespoons
honey or maple syrup
Use more if blueberries are tart.

vanilla extract

For topping, to add crunch.
Instructions
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended and smooth.
Gently fold in fresh blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, filling each cavity evenly.
If desired, sprinkle granola or chopped nuts on top.
Freeze for several hours or until solid.
Once frozen, pop out the bites and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Avoid topping with granola until just before serving.
