  • 20 Biscoff cookies crushed
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 4 Biscoff cookies crushed for garnish
  • Optional caramel drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Crush Biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a serving dish.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla bean paste.
  • Whisk instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
  • Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into pudding mixture.
  • Layer half of cream filling over cookie base and add crushed cookies. Add remaining filling.
  • Drizzle warmed Biscoff spread over the top and swirl for effect.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Ensure cream cheese is well softened for a smooth mixture.
- Use a spatula to fold ingredients gently to maintain fluffiness.
