Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups high-protein milk Fairlife skim or 2%
  • 1 scoop 30g protein powder (whey, casein, or blend)
  • 3 tsp sugar-free instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 tsp sweetener allulose, monk fruit, or stevia blend
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • Optional: 3 tbsp Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container.
  • Freeze for at least 24 hours until solid.
  • Spin on Lite Ice Cream or Creami setting.
  • If crumbly, add 3 tbsp milk and Re-Spin until creamy.
  • Stir in any mix-ins after spinning.

Notes

- Use banana or vanilla pudding mix for different flavor profiles.
- Adding Greek yogurt or cottage cheese enhances creaminess.
