3-Ingredient Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies – Soft & Chewy

Ingredients
- 15.25 ounce box Funfetti cake mix
- ½ scant cup vegetable oil or 7 TB melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- Optional: 1/4 cup Jimmies sprinkles
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet.
- 2. Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs until combined.
- 3. Stir in sprinkles if desired, chill dough 15 minutes.
- 4. Scoop onto baking sheet, roll in extra sprinkles.
- 5. Bake 8-10 minutes until set, not browned.
- 6. Cool on pan, then transfer to wire rack.
