Description
A zingy, hydrating wellness drink that blends apple cider vinegar, lemon, chia seeds, and ginger to support digestion, curb appetite, and boost energy.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
1 teaspoon chia seeds
½–1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
8–12 ounces filtered water (room temperature or cold)
Optional: pinch of cinnamon or cayenne, and ½ teaspoon honey or stevia
Instructions
1. In a large glass, pour in the apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.
2. Top with filtered water, stirring until the mixture looks uniform.
3. Sprinkle in chia seeds, then stir thoroughly. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
4. Shred fresh ginger directly into the drink, stirring to distribute evenly.
5. Optional: Add a pinch of cinnamon or cayenne, or sweeten with honey/stevia. Stir and enjoy before meals.
Notes
Adjust to taste by varying the ginger or vinegar. Best consumed within 48 hours if refrigerated. Try freezing into cubes for a quick refresher.
