Description

A spooky, creamy Witches’ Brew Swirl Cheesecake with neon green, purple, and black swirls perfect for Halloween parties.


Ingredients

Scale

24 Oreo cookies, crushed

5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 blocks cream cheese (8 oz each), softened

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

Gel food coloring (purple, green, black)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line springform pan with parchment and prepare crust with Oreos and butter.

2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add eggs one at a time, then blend in sour cream and vanilla.

3. Divide batter into bowls and tint with food coloring.

4. Pour alternating spoonfuls of colored batter into crust. Swirl gently with knife.

5. Bake in water bath for 55–65 minutes until center jiggles slightly.

6. Cool in oven with door ajar, then chill at least 4 hours or overnight.

7. Slice and serve with Halloween decorations.

Notes

Use gel food coloring for best color intensity.

Chill overnight for best flavor and clean slices.
