Description

Rich chocolate fudge with a spooky red swirl, perfect for Halloween parties.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 can sweetened condensed milk

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup white chocolate chips

Red gel food coloring


Instructions

1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over low heat.

3. Stir in vanilla extract until smooth.

4. Pour mixture into the prepared pan.

5. Melt white chocolate separately and add red food coloring.

6. Drop spoonfuls of red mixture on top of fudge and swirl with a skewer.

7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week at room temp or 2 weeks in the fridge.

Best made a day in advance for clean slices.
