Description
These strawberry sushi rolls are a fun, fruity take on sushi—perfect for dessert boards or brunch spreads.
Ingredients
1 cup sushi rice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
8 fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 sheet of nori (optional)
Honey or coconut flakes for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook the sushi rice and mix with vinegar and sugar.
2. Lay plastic wrap over a bamboo mat and spread cooled rice on it.
3. Add cream cheese and sliced strawberries in a line.
4. Roll tightly using the mat.
5. Slice into bite-sized rounds using a sharp knife.
6. Top with honey or coconut if desired.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt for a lighter version. Nori adds structure but can be skipped for dessert-style rolls.
