Description

No-bake strawberry cheesecake protein balls made with real cream cheese, freeze-dried strawberries, and vanilla protein powder. A quick and healthy high-protein treat.


Ingredients

Scale

½ cup cream cheese (softened)

½ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)

½ cup vanilla protein powder

⅓ cup almond flour

12 tbsp honey or maple syrup

½ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt


Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crushed strawberries, and vanilla extract.

2. Add in protein powder, almond flour, and sweetener.

3. Mix until a soft dough forms.

4. Roll into 10 small balls.

5. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

6. Store in fridge up to 7 days.

Notes

Swap cream cheese for plant-based if dairy-free.

Freeze for longer storage (up to 2 months).

Add graham cracker crumbs for a classic twist.
