Ingredients

Scale

2 cups shredded smoked gouda cheese

8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Optional: diced jalapeños or fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a saucepan, melt cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise over medium heat until smooth.

3. Add shredded smoked gouda and stir until fully melted.

4. Fold in cooked bacon, garlic powder, paprika, and optional jalapeños.

5. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake for 15 minutes, until bubbly.

6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm with bread, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

For a lighter version, replace mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
