A soothing 3-ingredient Sleepy Girl Mocktail made with tart cherry juice, magnesium powder, and sparkling water for a better night’s rest.


Ingredients

Scale

2/3 cup pure tart cherry juice

1 teaspoon magnesium powder

2 ounces sparkling water

Ice cubes


Instructions

1. Add magnesium powder to a glass and pour in cherry juice.

2. Stir until magnesium powder is dissolved.

3. Add a few handfuls of ice.

4. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.

5. Taste and adjust sparkling water amount to preference.

Notes

Drink 30–60 minutes before bed for best results.

Swap sparkling water for prebiotic soda for added benefits.

Cranberry or pineapple juice can replace cherry juice.
