This skinny poolside dip is creamy, zesty, and made lighter with Greek yogurt and fresh veggies. Perfect for hot days and poolside parties.
Ingredients
8 oz light cream cheese, softened
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or light sour cream)
1 packet ranch seasoning
½ cup shredded carrots
½ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
¼ cup chopped green onions
Optional: ¼ cup light mayonnaise
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth.
2. Add ranch seasoning and stir well to combine.
3. Stir in shredded carrots, chopped pepper, and green onions.
4. Optional: mix in light mayo for extra creaminess.
5. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
6. Serve with veggies, chips, or crackers.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped jalapeños or diced dill pickles.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
