Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen, thawed)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla bean paste.
4. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
6. Fold in the raspberries and chocolate chips gently.
7. Scoop rounded balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
