Description

This 4-ingredient purple juice recipe is refreshing, antioxidant-rich, and perfect for boosting your immune system.


Ingredients

3 medium purple carrots

1 medium purple sweet potato

2 sweet apples

½ handful fresh purple basil (optional)


Instructions

1. Wash and prep all produce.

2. Cut apples and sweet potato into smaller pieces if needed.

3. Run everything through a juicer.

4. Pour over ice, garnish with basil, and enjoy.
