Ingredients
3 medium purple carrots
1 medium purple sweet potato
2 sweet apples
½ handful fresh purple basil (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and prep all produce.
2. Cut apples and sweet potato into smaller pieces if needed.
3. Run everything through a juicer.
4. Pour over ice, garnish with basil, and enjoy.
Notes
This recipe makes about 3 cups of juice (3 small servings). Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in a sealed jar in the fridge for 24 hours.
