Easy Fall dessert loaded with warm pumpkin spice flavors, topped with a white chocolate drizzle.

Ingredients

Scale

6 tablespoons salted butter

7 cups mini marshmallows, divided

6 cups Rice Krispies or crispy rice cereal

3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla bean paste

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Orange food gel (optional)

1/2 cup melted white chocolate

Mini candy pumpkins (optional)

Instructions

1. Line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper and grease with butter or nonstick spray.

2. Heat a large pot over medium-low heat, melt butter. Reduce heat to low.

3. Add 6 cups marshmallows, stir until melted. Add vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and orange food gel. Stir until combined.

4. Remove pot from heat, fold in cereal until coated. Stir in remaining 1 cup marshmallows.

5. Press mixture into prepared pan gently. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and decorate with candy pumpkins.

6. Let rest for 30-60 minutes. Slice into squares.

Notes

Use mini marshmallows for even melting.
