Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Bites: Fall’s Must-Try Treat

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 box (15.25 oz) spice cake mix

12 oz white almond bark

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice


Instructions

1. Heat treat the spice cake mix in the microwave in two 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Cool completely.

2. Beat the cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth.

3. Gradually mix in the cooled spice cake mix until combined. Chill for 2 hours.

4. Scoop the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a baking sheet.

5. Melt the white almond bark in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time.

6. Dip each ball into the melted almond bark, removing excess, and place back on the baking sheet.

7. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice while the coating is still wet. Allow to set.

Notes

Ensure the cake mix is cool before adding to the mixture.

Store bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
