Polish Strawberry Pasta – Makaron Z Truskawkami is a creamy, fruity, and refreshing Polish summer classic made with pasta, strawberries, and yogurt or cream.
Ingredients
125 g pasta (fusilli or egg noodles)
250 g fresh strawberries
200 g yogurt or cream
1–2 tbsp sugar or honey
Optional: lemon juice, mint leaves, vanilla paste
Instructions
1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
2. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
3. Mash strawberries with sugar or honey until juicy.
4. Stir in yogurt or cream to form a sauce.
5. Toss cooled pasta in sauce and garnish with strawberries and mint.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
Cool pasta fully before mixing to avoid curdling.
Add lemon zest or vanilla for extra flavor.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
