This pink salt weight loss recipe combines Himalayan salt, lemon, and warm water for a natural detox you can feel.
Ingredients
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1–2 cups warm water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm the water slightly, but do not boil.
2. Stir in the pink salt until dissolved.
3. Add fresh lemon juice and optional ACV.
4. Drink first thing in the morning before meals.
Notes
Use fine pink salt for faster dissolving.
Skip ACV if you’re sensitive to acidity or fasting.
