1 cup warm filtered water

1 tsp raw honey (optional)


Instructions

1. To make concentrate: Add 4 tbsp salt to a jar, cover with 1/2 cup water, and let sit 12–24 hours until saturated.

2. Each morning, add 1 tsp of the sole concentrate (or use 1 tsp salt directly) to a glass with 1 cup warm water.
