Description

Spooky yet adorable peanut butter spider cookies made with a chewy peanut butter base, chocolate truffle bodies, and candy eyes. Perfect for Halloween parties.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup sugar

1 large egg

1215 chocolate truffles or candies

2430 candy eyes


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg until smooth.

3. Scoop dough into small balls and place on sheet.

4. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden but soft in the center.

5. While warm, press a chocolate truffle into each cookie.

6. Melt chocolate and pipe spider legs around each candy.

7. Attach candy eyes with melted chocolate.

Notes

Chill dough before baking if cookies spread too much.

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Freeze undecorated cookies for up to 2 months.
