No bake summer berry lasagna is the ultimate refreshing dessert. Layered with cookie crust, cream cheese, whipped topping, and vibrant berries—it’s chilled, beautiful, and perfect for warm weather parties.
Ingredients
2 ½ cups crushed vanilla sandwich cookies
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
16 oz whipped topping
1 pint strawberries
1 pint blueberries
1 pint raspberries
1 (3 oz) berry Jell-O (optional)
Instructions
1. Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into dish and chill.
2. Beat cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Spread over crust.
3. Spread half of the whipped topping on top.
4. Layer with sliced berries.
5. (Optional) Prepare Jell-O with less water. Cool and drizzle over berries.
6. Spread remaining whipped topping and garnish with extra berries. Chill.
Notes
Best made ahead and chilled overnight.
Use fresh or frozen berries.
