Description

Spooky no-bake Monster Eyeballs Truffles made with Oreos, cream cheese, and candy eyes. Perfect Halloween party dessert.


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

12 oz candy melts (white, red, green, or purple)

1 package edible candy eyes

Food coloring gels (optional)


Instructions

1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs.

2. Mix crumbs with cream cheese until dough forms.

3. Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and chill for 20 minutes.

4. Melt candy melts according to package directions.

5. Dip each ball in melted candy coating.

6. Place a candy eye on top before coating sets.

7. Decorate with colored melts for spooky details.
