Description
A refreshing Starbucks copycat matcha lemonade recipe made with fresh lemon juice, honey, and quality matcha powder.
Ingredients
2 tbsp hot water
2 tsp matcha powder
2 cups cold water
Juice of one large lemon
2 tsp honey
Ice
Instructions
1. Add hot water to bowl, sift in matcha powder.
2. Whisk with bamboo whisk until smooth paste forms.
3. Stir lemon juice, cold water, and honey in a pitcher.
4. Pour matcha mixture into pitcher, stir well.
5. Fill glasses with ice and pour matcha lemonade over.
Notes
For a sparkling version, add club soda.
Adjust sweetness with more honey or maple syrup.
