Description
A refreshing layered drink with creamy whipped matcha coconut milk floating over chilled coconut water.
Ingredients
100 ml coconut milk (full fat for creaminess)
4 g ceremonial grade matcha
200 ml coconut water (or enough to fill about ⅔ of your glass)
ice (enough to fill half your glass)
Instructions
1. Sift matcha powder into coconut milk and whisk until fluffy.
2. Fill a tall glass halfway with ice and pour in coconut water until ⅔ full.
3. Gently pour the matcha coconut cloud on top.
4. Dust with matcha powder, stir before drinking, and enjoy!
Notes
For best foam, use chilled full-fat coconut milk.
Use ceremonial-grade matcha for a smooth, vibrant flavor.
Serve immediately for best texture.
