Description
This Green Tea Matcha Chocolate gains its color from the Matcha Powder. Super easy to make and a great gift or treat for all the Matcha-Lovers out there.
Ingredients
¼ cup cocoa butter
⅓ cup confectioner’s sugar – sifted
½ teaspoon coconut milk powder – sifted
¼ teaspoon matcha green tea powder – sifted
Instructions
1. In a double boiler, melt the cocoa butter until it’s completely liquid.
2. Add in the sifted confectioner’s sugar, coconut milk powder & matcha powder.
3. Stir until there are no lumps in the chocolate mixture.
4. Fill the mixture in a chocolate mold.
5. Place the chocolate in the fridge for at least an hour and enjoy!
Notes
It’s best to store the chocolate in the fridge, as it melts easier than other chocolate.
