A refreshing iced matcha latte recipe you can make in just 5 minutes with creamy milk and vibrant matcha.
Ingredients
2 teaspoons matcha powder
1–2 tablespoons hot water
1 cup cold water
Ice cubes
1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, soy, or dairy)
Optional: honey, simple syrup, or vanilla syrup
Instructions
1. Whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth.
2. Add cold water and chill the mixture for 10 minutes.
3. Fill two glasses with ice and pour in milk until 3/4 full.
4. Stir in sweetener if desired.
5. Pour chilled matcha over milk and ice, stir, and enjoy.
Notes
Use ceremonial grade matcha for best flavor.
Try variations like strawberry puree or coconut milk.
Store leftover matcha concentrate in the fridge up to 2 days.
