Description

A buttery, crunchy graham cracker crumble topping made with just 4 ingredients. Perfect for cheesecakes, crisps, sundaes, and more.

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

1. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.

2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

3. Pour in the melted butter and stir with a fork until the mixture is evenly coated and clumps slightly when pressed.

4. Use immediately as a topping for desserts, or bake for 8–10 minutes at 350°F for a crispier texture.

Notes

Store baked crumble in an airtight jar for up to 1 week.

Add nuts, chocolate chips, or spices to customize.

Use gluten-free graham crackers for a GF version.
