Description
A delightful crustless pie that combines the richness of ricotta with the floral sweetness of honey.
Ingredients
600 grams ricotta cheese
100 ml honey
3 eggs
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
60 ml honey (for drizzling)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 356°F (180°C) and grease an 8-inch springform pan.
2. Whisk ricotta, honey, eggs, corn starch, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
3. Pour mixture into the pan and bake for 45-50 minutes until browned and set.
4. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and cool completely.
5. Drizzle with honey and dust with cinnamon before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature eggs for a smoother batter.
Strain ricotta if watery to achieve the best texture.
