Description

A nostalgic frozen twist on a discontinued soda favorite. This frozen cherry vanilla cola blends icy cola cubes, cherries, and creamy vanilla for a refreshing treat that tastes just like summer.

Ingredients

Scale

1½ cups frozen pitted cherries

1½ cups cola (chilled)

1½ cups frozen cola cubes

1 tbsp vanilla extract

Optional: 1 oz cherry liqueur or 2 oz vanilla rum

Optional toppings: whipped cream, maraschino cherries, vanilla sugar

Instructions

1. Add frozen cherries and frozen cola cubes to blender.

2. Pour in chilled cola, starting with half and adding more if needed.

3. Add vanilla extract and optional alcohol.

4. Blend until smooth and slushy.

5. Taste and adjust as needed; serve immediately.

6. Top with whipped cream or garnish if desired.

Notes

Freeze cola into cubes ahead of time for best texture.

Use tart cherries for a bolder flavor, or sweet for a dessert-style drink.

Perfect for summer BBQs, retro parties, or a soda-inspired treat.
