Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup chopped roasted peanuts
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Slice bananas into 1/2-inch rounds and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
2. Spread peanut butter on each slice, sprinkle with chopped peanuts, and freeze for 1 hour.
3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
4. Dip frozen banana stacks into melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
5. Sprinkle with sea salt and freeze until chocolate is firm.
6. Serve chilled from the freezer.
