Description

Frankenstein Oreo Balls are a spooky, no-bake Halloween treat made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and green candy melts. Decorated with candy eyes, pretzel bolts, and edible marker stitches, they’re as fun to make as they are to eat.

Ingredients

Scale

36 Oreo cookies

8 oz cream cheese, softened

12 oz green candy melts

48 candy eyes

1 black edible marker

12 pretzel sticks, halved

Instructions

1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.

2. Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth.

3. Roll mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.

4. Chill for 30 minutes to firm up.

5. Melt green candy melts until smooth.

6. Dip chilled balls into candy melts, letting excess drip off.

7. Press two candy eyes into each ball and insert pretzel halves for bolts.

8. Draw stitches and mouth with edible marker.

9. Let set completely before serving or storing.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Freeze for up to 2 months; thaw in fridge before serving.

Customize with different candy melt colors or sprinkles for variety.
