Ingredients
1 package sugar cookie dough
5 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups diced fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and bake sugar cookies according to package directions.
2. Let cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
3. In a bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until smooth.
4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy.
5. Spread frosting over each cookie.
6. Top with assorted diced fruit and serve immediately or chill.
Notes
Store cookies in a single layer in the fridge up to 2 hours.
