Description
This viral Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup features layers of crispy filo, pistachio butter, juicy strawberries, and warm melted chocolate—all served in a jar for a truly indulgent treat.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups shredded filo (Kataifi)
2 tablespoons butter
⅓ cup pistachio butter or Biscoff
1 bar dark chocolate
7 strawberries, sliced
Chopped toasted pistachios for garnish
Instructions
1. Thaw shredded filo and slice into thin sections.
2. Gently separate strands with hands.
3. Toast filo in butter for 5–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
4. Let filo cool, then mix with warmed pistachio butter.
5. Melt chocolate until smooth.
6. Layer strawberries, pistachio filo, and chocolate in a jar.
7. Repeat layers until full.
8. Top with extra filo and chopped pistachios.
Notes
Use almond or Biscoff spread if pistachio butter is unavailable.
Each jar contains approx. 800 calories.
For crunch, store filo separately until serving.
