Description
Bold, tangy Dill Pickle Chex Mix made with crunchy cereals, pretzels, and a zesty dill seasoning blend.
Ingredients
4 cups Corn Chex
4 cups Rice Chex
2 cups mini pretzels
2 cups pita chips or bagel crisps
1/2 cup vegetable oil
5 tbsp dill pickle juice
2 tbsp dried dill
1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning
Instructions
1. Combine cereals, pretzels, and pita chips in a large bowl.
2. Whisk together oil, pickle juice, and dried dill.
3. Pour liquid mixture over snack mix and toss to coat.
4. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the mix and stir again.
5. Microwave for 5 minutes, stopping every minute to stir.
6. Spread onto a baking sheet to cool completely.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Add cayenne for heat or Parmesan crisps for a cheesy variation.
Make gluten-free by using GF pretzels and pita chips.
