Ingredients
10–12 Medjool dates, pitted
2 Tablespoons drippy peanut butter
2 Tablespoons chopped peanuts
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Flaky sea salt
Instructions
1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Split dates open and press down each one onto the sheet, overlapping slightly so they stick together.
3. Drizzle peanut butter on top and spread with a spoon.
4. Sprinkle on chopped peanuts.
5. Melt chocolate with coconut oil, drizzle, and spread to coat.
6. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
7. Freeze for 10–15 minutes until set, then cut into 10 pieces and enjoy.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Let thaw a few minutes before eating if frozen.
