Ingredients
2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth.
3. Pour into loaf pan and freeze for 4–6 hours.
4. Let thaw for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
5. (Optional) Re-blend frozen ice cream for smoother texture.
Notes
Use banana or nut butter for softer texture.
Try flavor combos like peanut butter + cocoa, or mango + lime.
Freeze in silicone molds for snack-size portions.
