Description

A creamy, crunchy treat that combines white chocolate with sandwich cookies.


Ingredients

Scale

500 g white chocolate

397 g condensed milk

3 tbsp Irish cream liqueur (optional)

8 sandwich cookies (such as Oreos)


Instructions

1. Break chocolate into small chunks and place in a non-stick saucepan with condensed milk and liqueur.

2. Melt over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally until smooth.

3. Chop cookies into small pieces and fold into the fudge mixture.

4. Line a 20 cm square tin with baking parchment. Press fudge into the tin.

5. Chill for 1-2 hours until set before cutting.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate for best results.

Fudge keeps in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
