Description

Quick, healthy cinnamon tortilla rolls made with cream cheese, cinnamon sugar, and Greek yogurt glaze. Just 49 calories each!


Ingredients

Scale

2 flour tortillas

3 tbsp cream cheese (low-fat or full-fat)

Filling:

1 ½ tbsp granular sweetener (erythritol or coconut sugar)

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Healthy Icing:

1 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 tbsp granular sweetener

1 tsp milk (if needed)


Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mix sweetener and ground cinnamon.

2. Spread 1½ tbsp cream cheese over each tortilla.

3. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.

4. Cut each tortilla into 6 strips (1.2 inches wide).

5. Layer two strips, roll them tightly into swirls.

6. Place rolls into a ceramic baking dish, swirl side up.

7. Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 8 minutes or bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.

8. Mix yogurt and sweetener for icing. Add milk if too thick.

9. Drizzle icing over warm rolls and serve.

Notes

For crispier results, use the air fryer.

Avoid microwaving as it softens the texture.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
