Description

Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars are the perfect mashup of a cinnamon roll and a cheesecake bar. Sweet, spiced, creamy, and simple to bake — this crowd-pleasing dessert is perfect for any occasion.

2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 1/4 cup sugar 16 oz cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup melted butter 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 cup powdered sugar 2–3 tbsp milk 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment. 2. Mix graham crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into pan and bake 10 min. Cool. 3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. 4. Spread cream cheese layer on crust. 5. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Spoon over top and swirl. 6. Bake 35–40 min until just set. Cool completely. 7. Refrigerate 2 hours before glazing. 8. Mix glaze and drizzle over bars. Slice and serve.

Notes

Let bars chill fully before cutting for clean slices. Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months. Use dairy-free substitutions as needed.
