This Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Shake is creamy, indulgent, and tastes like dessert—but it’s packed with over 25g of protein. Perfect as a post-workout refuel or a sweet breakfast!
Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
1/2 tbsp maple syrup or stevia (optional)
1/2 cup ice
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower rice
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Add almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener to your blender.
2. Add protein powder, almond butter, yogurt or cauliflower, and sea salt.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Add ice and blend again.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
You can skip maple syrup entirely or use monk fruit for low-carb versions.
Add a splash more milk for a thinner consistency or reduce it for a shake bowl.
