Description
Soft, chewy cookies with a creamy cheesecake twist.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp honey
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixer, beat butter, cream cheese, sugar, and honey until fluffy.
3. Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
4. On low speed, add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Drop dough by tablespoon onto baking sheet; bake for 8-10 minutes.
7. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Soften the butter and cream cheese before starting.
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
