A rich, make-ahead layered dessert featuring fudgy brownies, chocolate pudding, whipped cream, and optional fruit.
Ingredients
2 cups brownie chunks (homemade or store-bought)
1 ½ cups chocolate pudding
2 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip
½ cup fresh berries (optional)
2 tbsp chocolate shavings
Instructions
1. Cube your brownies into bite-sized chunks.
2. Layer brownies into the bottom of a trifle bowl or jar.
3. Spread a layer of chocolate pudding over the brownies.
4. Add a generous layer of whipped cream.
5. Repeat layering: brownie, pudding, cream.
6. Top with berries and chocolate shavings.
7. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
You can prepare this dessert 24 hours in advance.
For extra flavor, drizzle ganache between layers.
Use mascarpone instead of whipped cream for a richer variation.
