This easy Chicken Caesar Wrap is packed with juicy chicken, crisp romaine, Parmesan cheese, and a creamy homemade Caesar dressing. Perfect for quick lunches or light dinners.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup homemade Caesar dressing
Optional: croutons, cherry tomatoes, bacon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Caesar dressing: whisk together mayo, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon, Worcestershire, anchovy paste, and Parmesan. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Chill.
2. Warm tortillas slightly for easier folding.
3. Lay out each tortilla and spread 1 tbsp Caesar dressing.
4. Layer romaine, chicken, Parmesan, and any optional ingredients.
5. Drizzle with extra Caesar dressing.
6. Fold sides and roll tightly from the bottom.
7. Optional: toast on a skillet for 2 minutes per side for a crispy finish.
8. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
For low-carb: swap tortilla for large romaine leaves.
Make extra dressing to store in fridge for 1 week.
