Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup strong brewed black tea (cooled)
1/4 cup vegan yogurt
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Pinch of salt
Optional: dash of nutmeg or black pepper
Toppings: banana slices, almond butter, chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Brew strong black tea and let it cool.
2. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, and brewed tea.
3. Add yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla; stir well.
4. Mix in cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and salt.
5. Transfer mixture into a jar and cover.
6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Stir and top with banana, almond butter, or toppings of choice before serving.
Notes
Keeps well in the fridge up to 4 days.
Add toppings right before serving for freshness.
Adjust spices to taste—more cinnamon for warmth, or black pepper for chai kick.
Can be made nut-free with sunflower butter.
