Ingredients
4 medium apples, sliced
1 cup caramel candies
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the caramel candies and heavy cream. Microwave on high for 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the caramel is melted and smooth.
2. Dip each apple slice into the melted caramel, making sure to coat it evenly. Allow any excess caramel to drip off.
3. Place the caramel-coated apple slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt while the caramel is still warm.
4. Refrigerate the apple slices for about 10 minutes to set the caramel. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
