Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup caramel sauce
1/4 cup chopped pecans or toffee bits
3–4 Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples, sliced
Instructions
1. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Spread mixture evenly into a shallow serving dish.
3. Warm caramel sauce slightly and pour over cheesecake layer.
4. Sprinkle chopped pecans or toffee bits on top.
5. Serve immediately with apple slices and other dippers.
Notes
