Ingredients
4 Roma tomatoes, diced

8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, and minced garlic.
2. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Mix gently.
3. In another bowl, blend feta, cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth.
4. Fold the tomato mixture into the cheese mixture.
5. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
