Description

Ingredients

1 box brownie mix (or homemade brownie batter)
2 large eggs (plus 1 yolk for chewiness)
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup water (optional, for consistency)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Non-stick spray


Instructions

Preheat your waffle iron for 5–7 minutes.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until thick and smooth.
Lightly grease waffle iron with non-stick spray.
Pour batter into the center (don’t overfill).
Close and cook for 4–5 minutes or until edges are crispy.
Remove gently with tongs and serve immediately.

Notes

Let batter rest for 10 minutes before cooking for chewier texture.
Serve with whipped cream, fruit, or ice cream.
Freeze leftovers in zip bags and reheat in toaster.
